Q: I’ll be attending this event. Do I need to book my own flight to Budapest?
Yes you will need to organize your own return flights to Budapest.
Q: I’m flying into Budapest, is the airport pickup provided?
We would be delighted to offer Customers travelling to Budapest an airport pickup service on Monday 4th December and we will arrange a transfer to the airport on Wednesday 6th December.
Please provide your flight number / flight times during your registration for the event. Alternatively, please share your flight details by sending an email to: contact@lenovo-events.com and our Events Team will make the airport pickup arrangement. When you arrive, please collect your luggage and make your way to the arrivals hall. You will be met by a driver holding a sign with a ‘Lenovo’ logo - this will be your transfer to the hotel. Please note there may be other attendees on the same transfer as you.
Q: Is the hotel accommodation provided?
Intel® & Lenovo would be delighted to offer all invited delegates complimentary accommodation for two nights with check-in on Monday 4th December and check-out on Wednesday 6th December. This is provided if your company policy allows accepting such service. While completing an event registration form please kindly indicate your preference.

Q: Is it possible to park at the venue?
Guests arriving by car are welcome to use the Hotel parking facilities. As spaces are limited, please email contact@lenovo-events.com to confirm your reservation.
Q: How do I get between the hotel and dinners and activity?
Group transfers have been organized for all parts of the programme. Please refer to your individual agenda for departure times.
Q: Is there a dress code?
We recommend smart casual attire for business meeting planned on Tuesday 5th December.
Q: Do I need travel insurance?
Please be advised that travel insurance for the duration of the event is at responsibility of each individual attending the event. All attendees are kindly requested to ensure their travel insurance cover for illness, accidents, personal injury and loss of property.
Q: I’m on special diet, what shall I do?
Please kindly notify us about your dietary requirements while completing your event registration form. While ordering event catering, we will keep in mind provided information.
